Q: hey i have been with a guy for 2 years and my parents say they trust me and they know him well but they will not let us hang out alone. and we arent even going to 3rd yet so i dont know if they think we are worse than we are but what are some things i can say to them to make them allow us to hang out alone?

try saying this...

"If you really trust me then you should trust my judgement"

and then say something like

"you should know that i would never do anything stupid, and if anything ever went wrong i would call you and tell you!"
