advice
i dont understand. it sounds contradictory to me. why do you feel more energized after exercise? do you mean in the long run? bc i always feel tired and like crap and the next day theres no difference really. why is exercise really necessary? it sounds like we are tiring out our muscles. its not as if we dont use them at all on a daily basis. what is exercise really for? how does it make us healthy?
Because while your body exercises it naturally realeases endorphines which are hormones. Endorphiness help you feel better about yourself and generally make you feel happy.
And exercising is WAY necassary. Look at what happens to you if you dont exercise. You get obese and all the health problems that come with obesity (diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol). Exercise is vital for a healthy, well-rounded life, as long as you don't go overboard. (too much of a good thing is a bad thing)
