advice
Okay so first of all I'm not at all over weight, my appearance is thin. I'm 16 and 100 lbs, but that doesn't really matter too much.
I want to lose the fat on my lower stomach- because if I'm wearing a tight shirt it looks somewhat bad. I don't know if people notice but it bugs me.
Haha anyways it's a hard spot to target with exercising so I've heard.
Does anyone know good exercises for this? besides crunches? I have a yoga ball too, would that help?
Thanks in advance (:
1) Lie down on your back, hands at your sides, legs straight. Your legs must touch the ground at all times. Sit up, bringing your arms to your ears when you are in the sitting position. Its okay to put you feet underneath something at first.
2) Lie down on your back, legs straight, hands underneath your butt. Slowly lift you legs to a 65 degree angle, trying not to let your back come off the ground. Lower them slowly, but don't let your heals touch the ground, and keep you're legs straight at all times. If your yoga ball is small enough, you can out it in between your legs (by your feet) and do the same thing.
3) Lie down on your back, legs bent, then let your legs fall to one side, so you are in a twisted position. There should be a 90 degree angle at your stomach and thighs. With your hand behind your neck, do a crunch like you would in the regular crunch position. Be sure that you do not lift from your neck, but try to do these keeping your back straight.
