I just moved and I want to get a new bedspread and paint my room.

I was thinking of either getting a yellow bedspread and painting the room a light purple or getting a purple bedspread and painting the room a light yellow.

Which one sounds better?
The only thing is I can't find any yellow bedspreads, so if you can find some online please post the links. Thank you!

And also i'm 15 so I don't want a really fancy type bedspread and I don't like designs like stripes or big polka dots or hearts or anything like that.

this is my current duvet cover. I have a feeling it's something you'd really like if you're in between the typical tween set of bedding and the typical fancy old lady set. it's also really easy to wash being that it's a duvet cover. I highly recommend ikea's bedroom series to complete your room.
