im constantly at the gym, over the past 2 days ive been there 4-5 hours, and all those hours have been taking kick boxing classes which are pretty intense
im in pretty good shape, i can run a mile in around 8 minutes, and do 53 sit ups per minute (average is 34)
my problem isnt that im overweight or fat, its just my stomach isnt exactly tiny, which is what i want it to be
if i eat anything (even healthy) it just expands and looks huge
ive tried not eating too, and it still stays big
i was thinking that instead of going to the gym if i just did a lot of cardio, like on the elliptical machine it would get better?
if anyone can help, thank you
and tips on how to get good looking abs would be appreciated too (link)

everyones stomach extends after they eat , it go's down after your stomach makes your foods into acids and waste =) . if you keep up liek you say your doing , you will start to see a differnce in a couple of WEEKS or maybe a month , its hard work but in the end it will pay off
