hi, i'm a 15 year old 5'4 135lbs female.
i'm not too much over weight, but i have big hips and cottage cheese thighs and a stomach. i also have big lovehandles and even more fat folds but i'm not that fat i dont know whats wrong, i know my body type runs in the family on my mothers side for all women, but i cant figure out how to make it go away. i really want to start going to a gym, but i'm too young to have a membership of my own at my mothers gym, (or even a guest pass). this really makes me mad, and i want to go to somewhere like 24 hour fitness, or total fitness. my best friend is much bigger than i am, but shes also taller and weighs more, but she has a membership to 24hour fitness with her mom. i had a thought that if i can get a guess pass or member ship at her gym and go with her all the time maybe i could work all my fat and chubbyness off. i'm really not fat i just always feel gross and like i need to workout. i know that i get mad and angry alot and i do eat alot, but i always want to hurtsomeone or something, or break someone or something, i usually controll my agression and anger by working out or listening to music.

can anyone give me advice on what to do? should i ask my friends gym if i can join and go with her, or what should i do? how can i get rid of all my chubbyness? i really want feedback asap, because i dont like my body eventhough everyone always complements me on how nice i look...(usually they are looking at my butt or my breasts)

i understand how you feel. but in my case i was 80 pounds overweight then i just burned it awayyyy... Well Maya in simple words the only thing you can do right NOW is jog, walk, run (just 7-10 mins a day) and stay in a low carb, low fat high protien and high fiber diet. as you are in a growing age you cant just stop eating. dont eat anything if your not hungry. eat the greeny fibers. its not going to do you any harm. stay out of the carb!!!!! and the brownies.umm yummy. and eat only the thing you reallly crave for. and when u know that ur cravings over just throw it away. no need to finish the plate. try to eat every 3 - 5 hrs in small amounts and ask for a joint membership (adult+minor)in that gym with your mom.im sure you'll get in. for motivation listen to good songs. wish you allll the best. takecare!!

thanks, my mothers gym doesn't offer that, you have to be 16 to even walk in, other than the daycare room. i like to listen to songs i don't like when i feel i need to workout just because it makes me mad, and that makes me push harder and farther. thanks for the advise though, i hope it will help too, i'm going to get into the habit of running again, it made me feel good.
