Well i get really shy around guys i like and i'm wondering if there are any ways i could try and become less shy because when i talk to a guy i like i find that i have nothing to say so it's awkward. I really want to be less shy...but another reason i dont get very close to guys is because i am 19 and i have never kissed a guy so i feel weird getting close to someone because i am scared to kiss them because i am scared i am going to mess it up. any ideas of what i can do to get over my shyness???? I'm about your age and have never kissed a girl. I've felt your pain. But don't focus on us being a guy, just talk about girl stuff... We'll pick up on it sooner or later. I've talked about cars with girls that were genuinely interested. From a guy's perspective, I said I bought a new car to one girl I met and she promptly wanted to show me her Dodge Durango R/T, finding out that I liked cars. We can be the same way - forget your talking to a guy for a minute and talk like you normally would to another girl, and don't just look at us as possible kisses. Just... talk. We'll talk back. And if nothing else we'll just smile and get the conversation rolling as a girl stutters and stammers.
