advice
ok im 5'6 nd i weigh about 145 probaly 150 kind of muscular now but people say i look tall and slinky and i look like i weigh about 120 I'm extremely active and im always moving but the thing is that im always hungry say after i eat something ill be really full then 5 minutes later ill be hungry again every time i turn around im always hungry and im always eating, and im afraid that im going to gain more weight i have a feeling that im gaining weight but i don't look like i have.. is this normal?.. i also dont think that i have a fast metabolism
I am very active too, and I end up eating 24/7 basicly. My coach tells me that if you're hungry, then eat!!
Are you eating all the right food? Like, when you get hungry, you're not stuffing yourself with junk, right? Because your body could be telling you that you lack a certain vitamin or mineral.
Eat fruit, veggies, dairy, meat, and bread everyday. Avoid fatty foods and sweets.
So, in short, if you're hungry, then eat, but something filling (like a grilled cheese sandwich) but healthy.
