My hair currently looks like this:

I'm getting my hair cut monday and I need new ideas; I hate how it is now for the most part.
I want something different, but not too drastically outrageous.

You should only dye your hair black or dark brown if you want to look washed out. =/
You should get some layers and maybe trim your bangs.

If you're going to dye it, go for a medium brown to bring out your eyes or a red.
