so i dont think eyeliner is a good choice
because it makes your eyes appear smaller.
but idk what else to useee.

Eyeliner only makes your eyes appear smaller if you put it on thick and on the top & bottom. So you can try putting some only on the top. Or put a little on the bottom and smudge it. Do you have any pictures with makeup on? What color are your eyes?
Your nose isn't big in my opinion. I don't think you need much makeup at all. You have a natural beauty.
Maybe just eyeliner and mascara.
Just use the eyeliner close to your lashes or under so your eyelashes appear to be fuller. I do that usually since eyeliner above my lashes look too heavy on my small eyelids.

For eyeshadow.. just put a light shade on the lid and a darker color in the corner. It will brighten up your eyes.
And I don't think you need anything else.
