if this is like the "about me" section on myspace, i'll just say i'm 17, i'm open minded, i'm weird and fun, and i like to help people.

hello,
ok i've been friends with this boy for a year now..and since May we've been actting like best friends...alot of people ask if were dating. He's amazing. Cute, smart and funny. But like all good things theres a down fall. He's a bit of a flirt and still has many of he's ex-girlfriends in his life. Which isn't a bad thing. I mean i still have ex-boyfriends who i'm cool with...but he acts as if he likes them. All of them. It's like at football games he's all over them...taking myspace pics and so on. Then when were alone he shows how much he cares. He'll give me flowers..and leave a vociemail of the 'Great Escape' by BoyslikeGirls. He says it's "our" song..He'll say things that hit my heart. But i can't tell him how i feel because i just feel so torn. I mean if i want to date someone i don't want them talking to 1543156574 different girls. So what should I do? I feel lead on but i don't want to see it like that...alot of my friends dislike him. I really don't understand him half the time...lame. Help me out.
thanks -xo (link)

well, he probably acts flirty towards his ex's because he dated them once, so he originally had those feelings towards them anyways. and i don't mean to make you feel bad or anything, but there's a possibility that he does the same thing to all the other girls, unless you KNOW he doesn't. but he's probably not really serious about you if he flirts with all the rest, otherwise he'd tone it down. he probably just thinks "i'm a playa!" and thinks he can get away with it. if you really want to know if he's serious, put him to the test. flirt with other guys and talk about it and see his reaction, or something better if you get what i'm saying.
