Well in order to give sensible advice I have to say there is always a chance of it remaining no matter how many times you washed it, as semen in small amounts is nearly impossible to see. BUT I'd bet that chance is very small. I probably wouldn't worry about it too much and I'm glad you researched it before you made the decision... Smart man. :)
