is it okay to bite a dogs ear to show dominance??? and do you know any way to help with a puppys teething??? id appreciate some help! thanx!!

I dont really know much about puppys but i think biting its ear to show dominance is okay (obviously not too hard) Or maybe a small hit, not too hard again but just to show them who's boss lol.
