I'm emo. I go by the labels in my skool so deal with it. Well, I hear we should waer gith black jeans and cut ourselves. I don't like tight jeans, they make my ass look bigger than it already is, hahaha. And I can barely handle a shot at the doctors place, hahaha, so I can't do either of those things. I don't have to do those things, do I? Don't talk to me about don't cut yourself, I already know that. But I want to know, do I have to? Because, emo means emotional. No, if you cut yourself just because of labels all it's doing is looking for attention and it's not worth it.
And no, you don't have to wear skinny jeans, generally GUYS that are emo wear them. Girls have a lot more freedom with clothing.
