but like i dunt know the way he talks to my sister in skool is like so diffrent then the way he talks to me i mean he has his momets with me like he could be nice

i really wish you had included your age in the question...
but just because your sister likes someone else doesn't mean that this guy won't like her. If they're not dating- he can still hit on her.
He obviously likes her a lot- unless they're just really good friends.
Maybe he likes you too?
Even if he doesn't- you can find someone else to like.
you're really young- i can tell. i'd guess 9-13.
that's far too young to be dating.
it might not be what you want to hear, but it's just true.
