Hey everyone. I'm 17,straight,in a relationship and a senior. I love to play the guitar and just have fun in general.Plus I love music. it's like my life. I also plan to major in psychology in college I'm great with relationship questions from both guys and girls and my opinions aren't exactly your average guy opinions (I love to listen.Chazam:)). Hey! Thanks for helping me but since you said you didn't completely I'm going to elaborate for you! He and i are best friends and we have liked each other on and off for the last year. Pretty much as long as we've been good friends. He and i do church together like volunteer and are really active in our youth group. He's a lot like me and really understands me which practically no one does. Sometimes (or most times actually) it seems like he's the only one who understands me. Anyway he works at another place and it's a Youth Help Center for teens introuble and stuff (i've never been there) and it's run by a Christian couple and it's a Christian place so the workers can't date until they're 16. It's the rule.
We really like each other but last year dated each others best friends. He redecided not to date anymore because last year he majorly slackd off and kept dating when he wasn't suppossed to. I don't want him to brake this rule. I really want him to do it because I know it's importnat to him and i really care about him. I won't let him brake it. But there isn't a rule about kissing!
He might be taking me to Homecoming as long as he's allowed (he's checking) but i just really want to kiss him. This summer at this 1 time he was really getting close to me and stuff and hitting on me, ect. but at the time i didn't like him so it was awkward. He also asked me out but since i knew he didn't really mean it i said let me think about it and a week later we talked and decided not to.
Another thing is EVERYONE says we are perfect for each other and should totallygo out. Even his MOM said it!!!! I really want to too but I have to wait until spring (his B-day).
I want to kiss him but if i just do it randomly do you think he will freak out? I know he likes me and i really want to try so that's why I want to know how to get him to think about it and really want to. Do you know any ways to bring it up without mentioning us doing it. Like a way to make him subconsioucly think abut it or somthing- I know that's weird but whatever. Thanks so much and sorry it's so long but like i said-it's a long story! lol :D
Hey no problem. I love helping. anyways back to the matter at hand. first off yea totally wait. it's great that he's doing this and it's good to follow through with these things plus it's kinda like seeing christmas presents under the tree and knowing that there something awesome but also knowing that you have too wait and that even though it's hard you know it will be all worth it when on christmas day you rip open those presents and low and behold it is that dress you wanted(although personally I've never had that experience. it's a little far to go for a metaphor but you get the point. okay onto the second part of this. You could definetly be friends with benefits until you can date. it's like "we're friends but we can benefit each other by kissing". Unfortunetly there is no real way to tell somone you want to kiss them without telling them you want to kiss them(if there was it would have made my first kiss ten times less akward) but there are definetly ways to give off signs that something could happen. have him over to your house and dress and put makeup on in a way that says "i didn't do this because i like looking at myself in the mirror" watch a romantic movie and get under some covers with him too keep warm and lay your head on his should or grab his hand and then quickly let go at a sad part. all of these things are clear enough to make him think "what is her motivation behind this maybe I could try something" but doesn't flat out say "KISS ME NOW!!!". then when you get close and turn to look him in the eyes and moves towards every signal that you have sent him will kind of click. I'm not saying this is a sure fire way to get him to kiss you but theres definetly no harm in trying them and who knows ;)
