I need some help finding a store or website to buy jeans. I'm very weird shaped. I have a 46 inch waist and a 28 inch inseam (I can wear 30 inch inseams too). I need something cute and that would flatter me. I don't want to pay any more than $40. I also want dark-washes (not black).

I'm the same way...I have a large waist, short inseam, and skinny legs...try old navy, gap, aeropostale.com(they go up to size 18 online), American Eagle.com(same as aeropostale),JC Penny goes up to size 17...but for short inseam make sure it says short...regular is 30...short is 28...at gap it will say the size number and then have an A after it...those are the shortlegged pants...aeropostale doesn't carry the bigger sizes in short in store...you have to order it online...also try alloy.com...they have an excellent sizing chart that's very accurate.
