I need hekp to try and get a boyfrined or at least to get a boy to like me. I always see questions that girls ask about tips on flirting or getting a boyfriend; I also try to use the advice, but it just never works! I'm generally very confident and talkative, but guys still don't like me. Does the fact that I talk a lot make me come off too strong? I just want to know, are there does anyone have any tips on how to be better with guys, aside from the general "be confident?" I'm in highschool, by the way. (link)

If you're a freshman or sophomore- the majority of the people in those grades are single. Most people don't get date until they are upperclassmen. It might not seem that way but it's true! Girls will make up "boyfriends" to brag about when really they're just guy friends who they talk to. It's so stupid. (so don't assume that if a girl talks about her "bf" that it's a real boyfriend. he's probably made up.)
But yeah talking too much could make you seem annoying (aka someone that wouldn't be an ideal date) so just make sure that you say what you want to say in as few words as possible (practice this when no one else is around) and really LISTEN to what the other person is saying and respond to what they've said- not as if you're just waiting for the other person to stop talking.
Make sure you aren't pretentious or bragging about anything. And go out of your way to be nice to people- like compliment them and stuff.
Oh- and if you dress slutty don't do that. It really isn't nice looking at clevage. It's awkward for the other person. And it probably is for you too.
Just take a good look at your inner character and make sure that it's all good.
