Cancer scares me more than anything for many reasons.. I love scary movies but they scare me. I love to dance and sing like any normal teenager.. Every time i use eyeliner after like 1-3 hours it smears horribly. What specific eyeliner do you use that doesnt smear at all?

i want one that i can buy from rite aid or cvs.( so it can't be sephora brands)
