what base is a handjob classified as?

It depends. Some people believe the bases to go like this:

1: holding hands
2: kissing
3: oral sex, handjobs, fingering
4: sex

I consider the bases to go like this:

1: kissing
2: fingering/handjob
3: oral sex
4: sex

So people are going to say second or third, although my way of thinking of the bases is more common.
