what is college really like?
how is it different from high school? i remember wondering how high school was different from middle school and its more free, i guess. people dont hang out in cliques as much and stuff. (link)

well my school does this thing every summer where the incoming seniors can spend a week at a college campus to see what college is like...I did it and it's way different. First of all you sleep in a dorm and you'll most likely have a roommate unless you pay more for a private room. There are certain designated eating times for you to eat on campus (and the food is surprisingly good) like the cafeteria will only serve breakfast from lets say 7:30-10 and after that you can't get food until lunch unless you eat at the student union or somewhere off campus...also all of your classes wont be in the same building...you'll have to walk to get to your classes...bring comfortable shoes lol. and there really isn't as much drama...people don't tend to start stuff mainly based on the fact that in college people seem to lose that whole sense of immaturity and grow up so they stop caring about stupid things...unlike high school. I can honestly say that college looks so much better.
