im about to go pick up some of that "mane and tail" shampoo and conditioner. Ive heard it strengthens hair if used over a long period of time... im just wondering any experience with it? is it just a myth or is there some truth to it?
I used that for many months. My hair was fried. It did strengthen my hair just by using the shampoo then I got some conditioner. It really makes your hair softer and shinier.
So yeah, if your hair is damaged then you'll see or feel a difference.
Over time, your hair gets thick(er) and full.
