13/f.Hey i need some makeup advice. I hav bright blue eyes and i dont know what color eyeliner/eyeshadow i shood wear. Also my nose is just a little big so how do i make it look smaller. My lips are a good size. Mainly I want my nose to look smaller then I will be good. Please help. THANKS! (link)

soft tones should suit you...like baby pink eye shadow (don't make it too obvious though)
Go easy on the mascara too...you'll look so sweet and innocent...if thats the look you want.
Draw attention to your lips then. Lipgloss!! :-D
