Ever since summer started- I've been sleeping in until at least noon everyday and going to bed at like 1am. I'm really sick of doing this. I always feel like I'm wasting my day when I do this. Its really annoying and I would just like to know if anyone had any ideas on how to get up earlier and how to possibly make myself go to bed earlier.

same problem here.. the way i got it fixed was going to bed at 10 pm ... or you could take sleeping pills. ask your parents what to do.
