i just switched to tampons, because i don't like pads at all. so i'm kind of confused about them. today my flow is regular, and at 11:30 this morning i put in a Playtex plastic regular flow tampon. so until what time should i keep it in for? i'm scared about TSS because i don't want to keep it in too long. thanks! Depending on your flow, you could leave it in for different amounts of time. Since it is a regulaar flow then leave it in for an hour or two. If a heavy flow then leave in for about an hour. If a light flow then leave it in for 2-3 or 4 hours.
Hope this helps,
Alyssa
