does mylie cyrus lip synce? on her show, it doesnt look like she does, but in clips from her concerts on tv, it looks like she does.

She does. Big Time. I've tried to tell my little sister this.. but she's just like "No Wayy she's amazinggg"

I have no doubt she recorded her songs, that's her voice, but in concert I can strongly say she does not sing.
