Can your metabolism change? Like if you have a slow metabolism over time can it change into a fast metabolism?

Same with fast metabolisms. If you have a fast metabolism can it change into a slower metabolism?

yes, it is possible in both situations. it all depends on when and what you eat. also, in what quantities.
if you would like to speed up your metabolism, try eating many small meals (five or six) a day, instead of three large ones. i know there are also some foods that speed your metabolism up, but i'm not quite sure of what..
to slow your metabolism down, i'm pretty sure you just eat larger meals, all at once.
