Hi I am 16 and I am going to get both of my ears pierced in one day somewhere, I'm not sure where yet... I have been doing some research and I have heard that the piercing guns suck! and they screw up a lot... Do you think I should just get my ears pierced by a gun, or by hand at a professional piercing or tattoo shop? (link)

i got mine wit a gun on all 9 of them on my ears.. i have 5 on one ear and 4 on the other. and all of them were done with a gun besides the one i got with the middle peice.. ive never had problem w the gun...

ok thanx! I have heard a few bad stories about using piercing guns.. but can you wear something other than a stud when u get pierced by a gun? from what I understand you have to keep the stud in once it goes in the ear...
