Ok, so a couple of days ago, my mom and i went walking at a local track. I jogged one lap, walked two, and jogged another. I went 4 times around it. My legs have been hurting since then. (It was 3 days ago, to be exact.) Is this natural? I mean, I know i'm out of shape, but should my calves feel like they are really cramped up??
You're sore thats all. If you don't normally exercise then that's what happens. It happens to me all the time because I would be very active, stop for a few days and resume. Take care =]
