I watched a porno and I can't get this one image from it out of my mind.
Any suggestions?

I gave this answer once before, but here it is anyways:

Think about this image as much as possible. Soon your mind will start to wander and you will forget about it. And it's pretty pernament because if you overthink that image, you will get sick of it, or it will become just too boring to think about. Hopefully that made sense.
