I have this big flab of just FAT near my armpit and my boob. It's not really fat, it's just my boob but there's a line that makes it look unattached.

I have the same thing and I always have had it for my whole life. It sucks and it's embarassing, but no one notices things like that, and if you really don't like it you can just make sure that your shirts cover it up.
I hope I helped.
If you lost like 20-30 pounds (depending on what your weight is now) it would probably disappear.

well if i lost 20 to 30 pounds it'd be really dangerous for my bodytype.
