how come whenever i get the mail, theres like most of the time, always a dog staring at me out the window, and it barks as i walk? that same dog has been doing that for ages and for everyone who walks by their house. and next door like twice THEIR dog did the same thing. do all dogs do this? why do they wait by the window alot anyways? i dont get it.. Not all dogs do it you just have to get to know the dog. One day go by your neighbors house and say pardon me i relized that your dog is so CUTE!! (if he is) >> THANK YOU
