okay, so i want to loose 20lbs before school starts. i'm not really as fat as i was in the beginning of the year (168). i'm now 142lbs.
my plan for loosing this weight is:
Breakfast- Oatmeal, Bannana, OJ, Multivitamin
OR MiniWeats, AppleSauce, OJ, Multivitamin
Lunch- Garden Salad w/ ranch dressing.
OR "Chicken" Nuggests (they're really sweet corn and mozzerella cheese).
Dinner- Pasta with Sauce
OR Brocolli with Rice and Cheddar Cheese.
Snacks- Strawberries, Watermelon, any Fruit, Peanutts.
(this is a vegetarian Diet)
Workout Plan 3-4x a week:
Aerobics for 40 minutes - Running, Walking, Biking, etc.
Pushups and Situps - at least 60 each.
so thats my plan for the summer. is there anything i need to add to my diet? Please help me. i really want to loose these pounds.
any tips would be appreciated as well.

I'm a vegeterian too and last summer I lost the fastest 20 pounds of my life by doing this: (but it made me go into starvation mode and it ruined my metabolism, so i wouldn't reccomend it unless you make CERTAIN that you don't start bingeing on junk food after you've lost the 20 pounds- i gained it back really fast but i could have prevented it if i had been careful!)
b- 4 morningstar farms veggie chicken nuggets and a banana or some other fruit
l- bowl of pasta(it probably had about 2 cups in it) with prego light alfredo sauce
d- at about 3 am (because i sleep so late) i'd stuff some watermelon into my mouth and just go to bed. (still starving, of course)
I didn't eat snacks.
It's REALLY hard, but it got 20 pounds off, so yeah.
After about 2-5 days of following this diet you will never be hungry. i'm not lying.
After you lose the 20 pounds start eating normally. Not overreating, but just eating a normal, healthy diet.
If you don't want to do that- just count EVERY SINGLE CALORIE you consume and make sure it's within the range of 1200-1500.
