eww i have this gross, big red pimple on my chin & it REALLY hurts! and i put this stuff on it but it just realy really hurts like when i move my chin or if i poke it... my pimples don't usually 'hurt'
same i had one of those. it was like on the side of my nose. it was very small but still hurt! they hurt covered a wide area. the best cure is to just leave it and hope the best. honestly pinching and poking and stabbing it isnt going to do any good. try a facial wash or two and see if it worsens or not...
