I have a weird red bump about the size of a mosquito bite on the left outside "lip" of my vagina. I don't know what it is, it doesn't itch or anything, it's just really sore. I put Neosporin on it, but i don't know what else to do. Does anyone know what this might be, what caused it, and what i should do to get rid of it?

it's probably an ingrown hair , espeacially if you shave down there. or mabe a STD ? i'd tell my mom about it.
