ok, in two weeks is my mans 24th birthday. I want to outdo what i did last year (throw him a surprise birthday party) but I have no idea what to do. Any neat ideas would be appreciated.

Well, how about go camping for the weekend? And pack his favorite food. As for presents just buy something he likes. The camping trip will be the major present. Also as a fun idea: get him 24 balloons.
