Hey. To french kiss, you open your mouth when your kissing and let your tongue touch theirs and use it to explore the inside of their mouth. Don't shove your tongue down their throat though, nobody likes to be choked while there kissing :-p. If you google french kissing I'm sure you could pull up a site with lots of techniques.
