Well as some as you might know, ive been dating this guy for 4 months. I dont know if its natural but he keeps flirting and flirting and flirting! I get SO mad, and this one girl specificly, and i know it, likes him. She always is flirting with him and smiling at him and sometimes even winking?! Wow. should i confront the girl or even my boyfriend that it bothers me? (link)

and if it does not get better then i would hate to say this but DUMP the guy if he treats you liek that he isnt worth it.
