HI!!im caramella,id love to give advice for those who need it.You might not always like my answers but i dont care about ratings,cuz if i tell you something you want to hear all the time,and i get rated high and you end up making a big mistake,rating aint gonna solve the problem then.I want to tell you guys to think before you act and look before you leap in order not to make misttakes,if you have made mistakes NEVER regret it,regrets are a waste of time and happiness and wont change what happened,BUT it will give you expereince and teach you not to do it again and refine your future^_^regret over wasted time is more wasted time.

Hi Carmella!
One of my close new friends in the city I recently moved to is Muslim - sunni. I was hoping you could answer some of my lingering questions that I feel dumb asking her.
1. when does someone start wearing the scarf?
2. why is it that in some of her pictures she isn't wearing it?
3. what are some basic beliefs?

hi!well you can ask me whatever you want without having to feel dumb ^_^ ok for your first question muslim women are suppoesd to wear the scarf around their heads(its called hijab) to cover their hair completly and their bodies.For example shes not suppoesd to wear short sleeves or shorts or anything exposing her body.Why?its because in islam Allah(god) asked muslim women to wear it because Allah wants to protect muslim women.How??For example,if theres a beaautiful chocolat cake and another cake but covered in cardboard box...which cake would you aim to eat first??the easy one!!Its kind of the same thing,When a girl goes out wearing exposing clothes there are more chances for her to get raped or sexually harrased then a woman who is covereing her body,its a sign of modesty.Thats for your first question,second...If your freind shows her pics without the scarf to guy freinds then she should stop because its sinful,its like shes lying to God wearing it infront of certain people and taking it off infront of others.A muslim woman is suppoesd to wear it when she gets her period cuz thats when you get puberty and your body starts developing and guys start checking you out.As for your third question,islam means submission to god and its a religion that beilives in Allah and that he is the creator of the universe and he has no sons or family and he created everything all by himslef.Our prophet is mohammed and he is the one that came with our holy book the quran.The quran has the beilifes of islam from the start to the end.To be muslim you have to do five things,(1)say the shahada(bearing witness)that there is no god but allah and mohamed is his messenger) (2)you have to pray 5 times a day(3)you have to fast the holy month of ramadan.In ramadan its this month of the year where muslims dont eat untill like 5pm.They do this because allah wants us to feel the hunger and thirst the pooor people feel that have no money at all,and we thank him this month for the blessings he gave us.(4)You should give money to the poor(5)you should go to hijj(pilgrimage)but only if you can afford it,pilgrimage is when you travel to this place in saudi arabia to pray there and when you do,all your sins are forgiven,maany miiracles happened there and there are many miracles that happend in islam.And muslims beilive in all the prophets by the way they dont have anything against any prophet,we just dont beilive that jesus is the son of god.Because if jesus was,that would mean he is half god....and how did he die if he was god?People that say islam is terrorism are ignorant and blinde because they should learn about the religion first then critisize it based on what they know.People that suicide bomb themselves that are muslims there are forced to do this because they have no choice,they kill a bunch of people that attack them with one blow in order to protect their familys....not a smart idea but that dont make muslims bad people,theyre very pure,very honest and always willing to help.Well,thats just a head start about my religion,if you have any other questions feel free to ask,hope this helped^_^
