well, you cant just say "he likes me and not you so get over it." you have to put it delicately so you dont hurt your friends feelings. because you do need to tell her. instead of making a statement, put it in the form of a guess or something like... well we've been talking and he's told me some things, i hope youre okay with that. tell her before he does. because you need to be a good friend. and thats what friends do. but dont throw it in her face.
