Q: Summer is coming and i really need to lose fat and tone muscle, especially in my butt, thighs and stomach. I'm about 148 pounds, so how long would it take for me to get around 130 or 125 pounds? Anyways what foods should I eat? I know to avoid things like soda and junk food and eat fruits, but what kind of foods should i have for breakfast, lunch and dinner? What are exercises that really help you loose weight fast? thanks in advance!!!

Heyy! I no what it feels like to think tha you r fat. I48 pounds isn't so bad, i used to way 160 pounds! but when iwent on a diet, i weighed exactlly 146 pounds. I was happy, but i dtill wanted to be skinier, so i go rid of all the junk food in the house, and I put in organic foods, now, im only 105 pounds! Sometimes i have sweet now and then, but if you try splenda, then you wont have to worry about your weight! :)
