Does anyone have any reliable natural remedies for migraines? I don't like taking medication and the tablets don't work too well anyway.

I've seen the doctor and there's not a lot else that can be done, so I need to look elsewhere.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The best pill I could advise is excederine migraine or sinus headache. Those are amazing.

Other than that, try sitting with an icepack on your forehead for a while, and massage your temples. Lay in the dark and relax. Those are the best non-medicinal remedies i can think of

(Rating: 4) Thanks, but I have a stomach condition that gives me an intolerance to most medication. This is why I wanted to try alternate remedies.
