Q: ok in school we have to run the mile and i have to in about 2 weeks ( a little less ) i cant even run a lap anymore. how can i get to running the mile no sweat so fast. please help
practice running a little everyday for 30 minutes. you will get faster with practice and also do squats and calf raises where you stand on your toes and go down and up really slowly.
