Im in a relationship that i would not give up for anything!I truly know that she is the one!Also im only 16 and ive been through more stuff than most 30yr old ppl.i live in Fl. and im in high school.i love sports especially basketball.That is about it.Just onelast thing.....I LOVE YOU CATHY!

advice

i really want to lose some weight in my legs,thighs and stomach.and just tone up all my body.going into the summer i really want to get back into shape.during the winter i have got flabby in my stomach and thighs which i never had.
i dont look tubby its just i feel i do need to lose weight.im tall for my age.

if you could give me exercises that i could do it would be great.

crunches-abs
lay on your back and hold your legs up 6in off the ground for 10 seconds in sets of 10-thighs, abs.
squats-thighs and abs
put anckle waights on [3-5pounds]and lift your leg to the side and to the front-=thighs and butt.
jogging or walking-cardieovascular
lifting small waights like three pounds not to build muscle but to lose fat in your arms.
