15/f does nayone know how to loose weight? i'm already eating only 1000 calories a day, runing for 40 mins everyday, not eating fast food, all that kind of stuff, and there aren't any weight problems in my family, but i'm just so fat and i 'm trying really hard to loose weight (i've been doing the running and the not eating as much for 6 months now) and i've only lost 2 pounds, can anyone help? dont cut down on eating. eating less calories only trains your body to burn less calories. if you eat 1000 calories your body will want to burn those 1000 calories not 2000. So just start eating healthier & dont cut down on your calorie intake. also try to stay away from foods with saturated fat & trans fat. those fats are harder to burn & not good for you. Try going to a local gym & work out on machines there. hope this helped :]
