Q: 15/f does nayone know how to loose weight? i'm already eating only 1000 calories a day, runing for 40 mins everyday, not eating fast food, all that kind of stuff, and there aren't any weight problems in my family, but i'm just so fat and i 'm trying really hard to loose weight (i've been doing the running and the not eating as much for 6 months now) and i've only lost 2 pounds, can anyone help?
First, you need to not be so hard on yourself, and understand that everyone's body is different, and gains/loses weight in different ways.

Second, you need to see your doctor. He/she can tell you:
1. Whether or not you need to lose weight, and can help you do it in a way that's right for your body.
2. Tell you whether or not you have a thyroid problem or something else that's causing your weight problem.
