I know your head hurts, dear, and it may make you feel nauseated when you move, but if you can, there's a lot of info on Google about it. Here's one link: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/concussion/DS00320
A concussion is when you have had your head hit and your brain basically slams up against your skull, bruising your brain. Usually they clear up on their own in time, but sometimes a blood vessel actually breaks and that can cause big problems, even death.
I hope you don't have one - hopefully it's just a headach from being bonked on your scalp and skull and I hope your brain is fine, but the only way to tell is to go in and find out.
