I just got my haircut, and i bought styling putty to do her kind of bangs. Can i use styling putty? How do I do this?

I'm not exactly sure about the styling putty but I do know that in order to achieve those bangs you use a round brush and a blowdryer and blowdry your bangs. Than use a curlying iron and slightly twist it instead of the usual full curls. If you need any more help please feel free to ask.
