i dont understand what "ballin" means. people say it randomly. i know it comes from a song but wtf? people are not playing basketball or rich, are they just saying it for fun? (link)

uh i am guilty of saying it randomly too.
i just say it for fun...and i have no idea why. i also do the stupid hand motion like you're throwing a basketball. it's a catchy song, so i'm guessing thats why they say it, but it usually means you are good at basketball. i went to a basketball game and this guy made a really nice shot and people shouted BAWLIN!
i have to go listen to that song now ;]
