Sooo..me && my boyfriend are engaged, and he`s grounded until may 7th..he turns 18 10 days later. i`m allowed over his house if his mom is home, but he works every friday saturday and sunday from 4-8. and my mom never wants to take me over there, she never will!! and he only lives 13 freaking minutes away!! neither of us drive, and even if we did get our temps, we`d have to have a parent in the car anyways, right??
like, he sometimes takes the bus, his mother rarely drives him anywhere, either. i`m scared that when he moves out, my mom won`t let me over his CriB, because it`s not supervised? i turn 18 in december..and we plan on getting married june 30th, 2008 ((my mom`s bday, just to piss her off))
my mom was talking about how my friend kayla is getting married this summer after she graduates, and she said it`s stupid. ((she doesn`t know that me and adam are engaged))
yea, he`s not allowed to go anywhere until may 7th, and even then. it will be hard for us to see each other..my mom is taking me today, but she`s really pissed about it, and she said never again..

Well that was a really immature answer below me, she obviously has NO idea. Anyways, it's really a sad situation for both of you to be in. I'm not sure where you live, but here in Texas, when you turn 18, you can get your license straight away without having to have a parent in the car. So, look into that with your boyfriend because I'm sure that once he turns 18 in May, yall might be able to see each other more. About the whole engagement thing, I don't think you should tell your mother, if you were to tell her - she would probably call you stupid as well, and then you won't be able to see your fiance period, and that'll just be NO good.
Until May 7th, I'm not sure what to tell you. You have to sit down and talk to your mom and tell her how much you miss your boyfriend, and how much you just want to spend a little bit of time with him, even if that means only spending a few hours with him at his house. It may be a little awkward and you may think it's a dumb idea because she "won't understand" but if she has the least respect for you being her daughter she'll at least try and put her self in your shoes, because I bet that she might have gone through something like this as well. Let her know it'll be supervised and that you won't do anything dumb. Gain her trust by asking her a week in advance, set a time, and everything so you don't have to interrupt her schedule.
If and when he gets his own place, your mom won't need to know that he lives by himself. You seriously need to check up on when he can get his license, because I'm sure then you'll be home free & everything will be a lot better for the both of you.

Yea, I`m not ready to tell her that, yet. I really hope he can get his liscense, though.
I`m not sure about not telling her about when he lives by himself, because like, she doesn't let me over my friend that's 18's house unless her brother is there.
i`m thinking about emailing my mom, because it`s harder actually talking to her, ya know?
i`m not sure that she even knows that we`rw officially dating, but i`m pretty sure she knows.
